Riyadh – Mubasher: Jazan Development Co.’s (Jazadco) net profits rose 1.94% year-on-year to SAR 3.6 million ($964,000) in the second quarter of 2016 from SAR 3.55 million ($946,000).

The company attributed the increase in net profits to higher sales, added to lower cost of sales, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The Saudi-listed company’s net profits grew 34% to SAR 4.85 million in the first six months of 2016 from SAR 3.62 million in the year-ago period.
